By accessing or using QuelloAI, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the service.

You may use the tools for legitimate personal and professional purposes.

You may not use the service for illegal activities, to process third-party content without permission, to try to bypass the usage limits, or to overload or interfere with the infrastructure (for example, with bulk automated requests).

The free plan includes a limited number of daily uses per tool. Four utilities that run entirely in the browser have no limit. Limits exist to keep the service available for everyone and may be adjusted.

The Pro plan costs €6/month or €58/year and removes the daily limits, allows larger files and batch processing, and removes ads. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel Pro at any time; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and there are no further charges.

As EU law provides for digital services with immediate access, periods already elapsed are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

We work to keep QuelloAI available and running, but the service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue tools.

To the extent permitted by law, QuelloAI is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Always check the tools' output before relying on it in critical contexts.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law and the law of the European Union. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
